Andrew Hartmann

Andrew Hartmann joined RPBCWD in the summer of 2023 as a Water Resources Intern before being hired as a technician, and eventually moving into the role of Regulatory Program Coordinator. Primary job duties includes helping applicants through the permitting process, updating MS4 front, and inspecting active construction sites.
He has a bachelor's degree in marine biology from the Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, and is working on a master's of engineering from UW Madison.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys running, fishing, hiking, and nature walks in general. He also enjoys restoring his '71 AMC Javelin SST, playing piano, and reading.
